Who we are…

Moreland Advisors, LLC is a privately held consulting firm with a singular focus on providing advisory services related to the development, financing, and procurement of Infrastructure and Infra-dependent assets.  This unique focus allows us to provide our clients with an unparalleled depth of knowledge of this rapidly evolving asset class, using our previous experiences to maximize investment profits while utilizing structures that effectively manage risks.

Based in Richmond Virginia, the Company has billions of dollars of direct experience advising our clients on strategic and profitable infrastructure opportunities.  Some of the typical clients we serve include national, state and local governments, pension plans, institutional investors, developers and construction activity related firms (Contractors, Engineers, Architects).

Our reason for being...

The infrastructure market sector is rapidly evolving from an obscure “alternative” investment into a core, targeted asset class.  Firms are raising funds for infrastructure investment at a record pace and an increasing number of states and municipalities are turning to the Public-Private Partnership model as their preferred procurement strategy.  While the opportunities for involvement in this sector are tremendous, the transactions can be complicated, the risks difficult to quantify and not every potential deal will be profitable.

At Moreland Advisors, we exist to guide our clients into and within this asset class, using our knowledge and experience to help them identify the true opportunities, avoid the potential pitfalls, and make profitable, risk adjusted and strategic infrastructure related decisions.
